Publish a saved draft
Put a draft you saved at iPatent into the open register as a defensive publication. Nothing is published until you tick the box below and press the button.
Read this first. Publishing is not filing. A published disclosure is not a patent or a patent application, it gives no priority date at any patent office, and nobody examines it. It can end your own right to a patent: the United States allows one year after your own disclosure, Europe and most other countries allow none. This is not legal advice; ask a registered patent attorney or agent before you publish.
The draft must have been saved with “keep a private copy”. Drafts that were not saved cannot be published, because iPatent does not have them. Back to the register
